The Experience

This is not a hike.

This is a guided sacred feminine nature immersion for women ready to reconnect with their bodies, their softness, their intuition, and experience true somatic liberation.

You will be guided through an intentional sacred sequence and potent alchemical process designed to release your nervous system from threat-prevention and open your body to your innate feminine wisdom and sacral magnetism.

Together, alongside the frequency of the forest and the receptive water grid of Lake Tahoe, you will create flow and spaciousness in the body through a guided physical and energetic calibration to unlock your life force and awaken the sacred feminine Goddess within.

The 3-Hour Sacred Sequence:

•  Phase 1: The Sensory Opening: We begin with an intentional forest bathing experience, leaving the stress of the world behind to anchor your awareness out of the mind, into your physical body, and wide open to your senses.
•  Phase 2: Somatic Flow & Detox: Guided somatic exercises specifically designed to open up your fascia, activate deep lymph flow, and physically release accumulated density from your tissues.
•  Phase 3: Sacral Activation & Wild Femme Flow™: Guided kundalini activation breathwork leading directly into ecstatic dance and an intuitive movement party. This is a dedicated space to unlock your creative expression, your feminine magnetism, and your sacred life-force energy.
•  Phase 4: The Forest Nidra™ Manifestation Portal: After opening your vessel and allowing your shakti energy to flow freely, we enter the deeply restorative phase. You will ground onto the earth for a guided Yoga Nidra journey. This drops your brainwaves into the Theta state - creating a potent quantum portal to manifest your highest timeline directly through your sacred temple, the physical body.  

• Phase 5: Closing Circle + Return: We close with a short integration circle and gentle reorientation before returning. You leave softer, clearer, more present, and more connected to the wild sacred feminine rhythm within you.

What To Bring

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move, stretch, and dance freely.

Bring water, sun protection, a yoga mat or blanket for the Yoga Nidra phase, and wear hiking shoes or trail-friendly walking shoes.

This is an outdoor nature immersion, so please dress for the season, the trails, and the weather.

🔒 The Sovereign Commitment Policy: Due to the strictly limited capacity of this sacred container, all ticket sales are absolute and final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, travel changes, or no-shows. If a critical emergency occurs and you cannot attend, you must notify Sarah Rose 72 hours before the event to transfer your ticket to a sister on the wait list or credit it toward a future Friday portal.
